How does the custom design process work?

We start with your vision. Once I understand your style, stone preferences, and budget, I’ll source options and create a design. After your approval, your ring is carefully crafted and brought to life. Please fill out the Custom Design inquiry to get started.

Do you use lab-grown or natural diamonds?

We offer lab-grown and natural diamonds, as well as moissanite and various gemstones, depending on your preference and budget. I’ll help you choose the best option for your vision!

Do you offer custom engagement rings?

Yes, custom design is at the heart of Figlia Jewelry. Whether you have a clear vision or just an idea, I’ll guide you through the entire process to create a ring that is uniquely yours.

How long does it take to create a custom ring?

Custom pieces typically take 4-6 weeks from final CAD design approval. Timelines can vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design and stone availability.

Are your pieces made to order?

Yes, every piece is made to order, ensuring quality, intention, and a design that feels personal to you.

How do I get started?

Simply click “Start Your Design” and fill out the inquiry form. I’ll personally review your submission and reach out to begin the process.

Can I use my own diamond

Yes! I love incorporating heirloom stones into new designs. It’s a beautiful way to create something meaningful and one-of-a-kind.

What is your pricing like?

I believe in honest pricing without traditional retail markups. You’re investing in high-quality craftsmanship and thoughtfully sourced stones, without inflated pricing. We take pride working with every budget, no matter how big or small.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all Figlia Jewelry pieces come with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or issues related to the setting.

Do you offer resizing?
