Can I cancel my order?

Regrettably, we cannot accommodate cancellations once an order is confirmed. However, upon receiving your order, you may proceed to our returns portal to initiate a return.

How do I clean and maintain my jewelry?

We recommend that our customers minimize prolonged contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals, as these substances can compromise the integrity of the materials used in our jewelry. Following this advice typically contributes to prolonging the life and brilliance of your Figlia Jewelry pieces for years to come.  For maintenance, a gentle cleaning using a microfiber cloth is suitable.

Can I swim or workout in my jewelry?

To preserve the exceptional thick layer of authentic 14 karat gold plating in Figlia Jewelry, we suggest removing all pieces before swimming or engaging in rigorous exercise. Although occasional wear during these activities won't harm your jewelry, consistent exposure may affect its longevity. 

Do you offer price adjustment?

Figlia Jewelry is delighted to offer a price adjustment within 48 hours of your purchase, provided you can provide proof of the applicable coupon code. Price adjustment applies for full-price items that are currently in stock. Price adjustments are not honored during holiday promotions such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
